Testing Provided

Skin test (TST or PPD) are available for $40.00 per test. Testing is safe for persons 1 year of age and older.

TB testing is available by appointment. Please call 309-467-3064 to schedule. 

Services Provided

• Education
• Risk assessment
• History and exposure assessment if positive skin test
• Investigation, Surveillance, Medications and Case Management if there is positive diagnosis
• Medication management provided by trained RNs and our Medical Director
• Referral and Follow-Up for TB Infection
