Approximately every-other visit for a WIC participant will be a Internet Education visit.

You may do this at home on your computer or you are welcome to use the computer in the WIC office. You will need your yellow WIC card available to set up your account for the first time.

After you have successfully completed the log in process, you may begin your lesson. Choose a category from the options available, such as Children ages 1-5 or Parents. Click on the title of the lesson you wish to do. You only need to do one lesson for each WIC household.

Once lesson is completed, you may email certificate to woodfordmch@yahoo.com when prompted. Call us when you have completed your lesson so that we may load your benefits onto your card. You may even leave a message after business hours and we will load benefits on next business day.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
