**11/10/2025 Update** County Highway 13 remains under construction. As of 11/10/2025, the bridge remains closed. Paving operations are anticipated later in the week (weather permitting). Motorists are advised to be aware that windfarm road construction east of Roanoke is complete. Reconstructed windfarm roads are constructed with an aggregate (gravel) wearing surface. Please use extra caution and allow for extra time when traveling through the area. There is loose gravel throughout the project site. Please pay extra attention, use extra caution and drive slowly over these areas.
The extents of the County Highway 13 closure are from the south end of the Woodford County Highway Department to IL 116. The closure is expected to last for the entirety of the 2025 construction season, weather permitting. Residents and property owners will continue to have access to their properties during construction. Motorists are advised to follow marked detours and allow for extra time to reach their destination.
